PAYMENT

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

SHIPPING

We process orders daily Monday through Friday (with the exception of holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to be processed.

We are currently only shipping within the United States of America. 

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $20 (after discounts and promo codes).

We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.  Delivery time frames are estimates and do not take into consideration potential shipping related delays due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.  Remote locations may require additional delivery time.  For guaranteed delivery, please refer to our Express Mail options.

RETURNS

We hope you fall in love with your jewels! In the event that you're unhappy with your purchase, you may return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 30 days of the ship date. Just contact us first and we will guide you through the process!

All returned items must be unworn and in new condition with the original packaging tags and materials.

Sale items are FINAL SALE.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Customer will be responsible for shipping costs and fees associated with sending an exchange or refund back to Anoki Boutique.

We are unable to process a refund until we have received the exchange or return item(s).

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order you have placed, please contact us and send a cancellation request right away including your name, contact information, and order number. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if we can process your cancellation. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may request to return the item for a refund (see RETURNS for more details).

Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code from USPS, so you can stalk it’s whereabouts right from take off.

MY PRODUCT CAME DAMAGED

We always inspect each item carefully before packaging it with care. We understand that damages and defects may happen.

If you require customer service, please contact us immediately with your order number. We'll review it and let you know how we can fix it for you!

Oh darn! Did you miss out? We are so sorry! Anoki means unique so we like to freshen up our stock so you all have a chance to score something special - so we cannot guarantee it. However, we try to restock our best-sellers so feel free to contact us and ask!  

GEM CARE TIPS

We want you and your jewels to stay happy and in love forever, so just follow these simple tips:

  1. Keep the jewelry away from water and humidity --Do not shower, bathe, or swim with them on and never keep them in a bathroom.
  2. Store the jewelry in our Anoki dust bags to avoid dust and scratches.
  3. Do not spray them with any perfumes or chemicals (even if it's Chanel).

We are the sole owners of the information collected on Anoki Boutique. We will not share nor sell your personal information with any third party. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy.
